 NONDISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT: Paragraphs 1 through 7 of the contract clause contained in Section 202 of Executive Order No. 11246, as amended, are incorporated herein by reference and shall be incorporated by the Seller in all contracts and purchase orders placed hereunder to the extent that said Executive Order and the rules, regulations and relevant orders issued pursuant thereto so require, provided, however, that nothing contained in this clause shall impose any obligation upon the Seller which is not imposed by said Executive Order and the rules, regulations and relevant orders issued pursuant thereto. Notwithstanding and other provisions of this purchase order Seller shall not be relieved of any of its obligation or liabilities under this purchase order as result of any action by the Government directly or through the Purchaser, pursuant to Executive Order No. 11246, as amended.

 INSPECTION AND AUDIT: All work during the performance of this purchase order shall be open to inspection and test at Seller plant by authorized representatives of Purchaser, Purchaser's Customer and/or US Government. For the purpose of inspection, Seller shall at all times allow such representatives reasonable, free access to the plant, supplies, safety facilities and services as may be required for this work.

 FAR PART 31 AND DFARS PART 231 COST PRINCIPLES INDEMNITY: Seller recognizes that this purchase order is issued under prime contractor or higher‑tier subcontract requiring that costs be in accordance with subpart 31.2 of the FAR,  in effect on the date of the prime contract and, unless Condition 2 of this Part II is applicable, such costs must also be in accordance with Subpart 231.2 the DFAR in effect on the date of the prime contract. The Seller hereby indemnifies and agrees to hold the Buyer harmless fro and against any and all disallowances or non‑recognitions of cost or costs under said contract or higher‑tier subcontract arising directly or indirectly, because of any cost or costs taken into consideration in the pricing of this purchase order or any price adjustments pursuant to the "Changes" clause or any other provision of this purchase order or taken into consideration in determining any payments or settlement agreements under the "Termination" clause hereof, that are not in accordance with the aforementioned FAR Subpart 31.2 and DFAR Subpart 231.2
